While we're aware of what we bring to the table, so to speak, we see it as your table, as God's table, as our table. And we are here to serve you, according to your unique needs, hunger and tastes, from the core ingredients that (flavor/season) everything we do.

Connecting and Relating
While it may be challenging to foster connections at larger-scale women’s conferences and simulcasts, Women Victorious is uniquely positioned to help facilitate and foster connections on individual and group levels. As a smaller speaking group, Women Victorious purposefully cultivates an environment intent on personal relationship. We strive to connect women on a more intimate basis with God, one another and the members of our speaking team. |

Living out the Great Commission
We are also unique because of our specific focus to help women live out the Great Commission through God’s commandment to love. We do this through encouraging, empowering and equipping women to go out and share their own stories of faith with the world. At every Women Victorious event, we specifically speak to the power and value of each woman’s personal story. We also provide resources or breakout sessions to help each woman learn how to share her own story. It is our firm belief that we will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. (Revelation 12:11) |

Diversity
From ethnicity to seasons of life and even physical able-bodiedness, Women Victorious holds within its members a unique blend of experiences, circumstances, challenges, strengths and resolution. We believe that our diverse range enables us to address the myriad issues women face throughout the various stages of life and spiritual development. Moreover, our diversity helps our group relate more closely to a broader continuum of women. We desire that our team reflect the beautiful diversity found in the body of Christ. |

Customize and Personalize
We recognize that each church possesses unique needs and issues. Our group is unique in its ability to personalize the program -- from topic and theme to music and worship to format and structure. We will provide a list of themes and topics from which pastors and/or women’s directors may choose, enabling us to effectively address those most relevant to the needs of the women. |

Likewise, we also realize that each church possesses a unique music culture. It can be difficult to fully engage in worship with an unknown song. Therefore, we offer a range of hymns/praise and worship songs from which to choose for use in our time of worship.
The structure and format of Women Victorious can also be personalized. Our sessions range from one to three hours. We offer such versatility in schedule because we recognize different needs for time may exist for each organization.

Local
Currently, we serve Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, Virginia. As residents of the Hampton Roads area, we represent five to 50-plus years each of coastal living. We believe that our collective years of local living help us more effectively minister to the heartbeats of women within the Hampton Roads community. |
